One dashboard for everything MAHA builds: SystemLink brings together the status, capacity utilisation and maintenance needs of all networked MAHA equipment — at one or several sites.
SOP 2027Brake tester, shock absorber tester, headlight tester — all equipment works autonomously and stores data locally. Capacity utilisation, error messages and maintenance intervals aren’t in any central location; patterns in fault situations and usage behaviour remain hidden, and maintenance issues don’t become apparent until the equipment has come to a standstill.
All linked equipment and systems on one dashboard — real-time status, capacity utilisation, maintenance needs, for one site or across several sites. Measurement results, usage cycles and fault messages are aggregated, making patterns visible and processes comparable.
Maintenance needs are forecast from usage data — not extrapolated back from the breakdown. Downtime is minimised and maintenance becomes easier to plan.
Your data stays in your infrastructure. None of it is passed on to MAHA; there’s no external cloud requirement.
Bluetooth is used within the hall; the gateway connects your existing network across locations — without any additional cabling between devices. Safety features to Performance Level d (EN ISO 13849-1), conforming to the European CRA (cybersecurity) and RED (radio equipment) directives.
Getting started in 2026 with the CONNECT brake tester. Additional MAHA equipment will become SystemLink-ready on a phased basis, including the MA STAR H 4.5 as an add-on module. Start with one piece of equipment — no need to pay for a platform up front.
The innovations shown are at different stages of development. They are not available at short notice and will not necessarily be implemented in the version shown at the trade fair.
