Lifting technology

MA STAR H 4.5

Hydraulic two-post lift without a rigid crossbeam

Two posts, no crossbeam: with the MA STAR H 4.5, the classic crossbeam with mechanical synchronisation is no longer needed.

In development

Design

The MA STAR H 4.5 is a hydraulic two-post lift with a load capacity of 4.5 tonnes for cars and light commercial vehicles. The electronic control keeps both sides in sync; the drive-through width remains freely selectable.

Two drive variants

Variant 1 — two units: each post lifts with its own hydraulic unit. The posts communicate wirelessly and are synchronised electronically — with no crossbeam, cables or hoses between them.

Variant 2 — one unit: one central unit supplies both posts; hydraulic lines and cables are routed underground.

The advantages

Faster setup: without a crossbeam, there’s no central assembly element at height to fit.

Full lifting height: nothing gets in the way at the top — every vehicle can be lifted all the way up.

Freedom in positioning: the lift goes exactly where your workshop needs it.

Operation and networking

Optionally, the wireless OmniControl unit controls lifting, lowering and emergency stop from any position at the vehicle. As an add-on module, status, usage cycles and maintenance requirements are incorporated into SystemLink, the central dashboard for all networked MAHA products.
